Depending on the geographic area, transit time can vary between 1 to 3 business days for FTL and 1 to 4 business days for LTL shipments.

Customs & Documents

For shipping to Canada, you will need the following documents:
  • Bill of Lading
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Certificate of origin for CUSMA
For shipping to the USA, you will need the following documents:
  • Bill of Lading
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Certificate of origin for USMCA (if applicable) Shipments travelling "in bond" to the USA will require a US Bonded Carrier. In both cases, you may also need additional paperwork if your shipment requires PGA (Partner Government Agency) approval such as CFIA, FDA, USDA, CPSC, etc.

All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery
  • Email advising of “intent to claim”
  • Completed claims application
  • Pictures/back up documentation if necessary
  • For claims to be processed, the original freight charges must be paid in full.
  • Claims can take anywhere between 30-60days to be completed.
